We are so excited that we are finally able to hold in person tryouts! Here is what you need to know:

What is All-Star Cheer?

All Star Cheer is an incredible sport that combines segments of dance, tumbling, jumps and stunting into a competitive routine. Teams will attend competitions at regional events (National for some teams) and compete this routine. We may also see some virtaul events this season. All Star Cheer is fun, high energy, and very athletic.

Why All-Star Cheer?

The reality is, kids who are kept busy in a sport have less time to get into trouble. In All-Star cheer, they gym becomes their second home and their coaches and teamates become their second family. Cheer athletes must rely on each other like no other sport. As a result they learn team work, about puting the "we" before the "I", and they form many long lasting relationships. The elements of All-Star cheer develop athletes who are well rounded and strong, both mentally and physically.

Why ACE?

Our goal is to help our athletes to develop into strong, confident indivuals. Some core values of the program are inclusion and good moral character. We are a very family friendly program. We do only full top uniforms, no bare mid-drifts. We run open practices, meaning parents are allowed to watch (please note there are exceptions to this with Covid). While we can't promise no Sunday obligations ever for any of our teams, we do our best to limit them to very few and only when the competition requires it. Even then, it is no more than 3-4 Sundays for the entire season. We do not schedule Sunday practices. Our families are pretty awesome! They are very supportive and are usually great about helping each other out. As busy as parents are, it takes a village. We think our village is pretty amazing.

What to expect:

Go to the link below and register for your time slot. Once we have your registration, we will send a follow up email to learn a little more about your athlete, and to tell you what you need to know with regard to Covid guidelines at tryouts. We will send you an email by Monday, September 28th letting you know if your athlete was selected for a team. All Tiny athletes will be placed. Youth and Junior have minimum preferred skills, but a positive attitude, great work ethic, and coachability can be more important than skill. Do not let lack of skills or experience keep you from trying out.

We are looking for team oriented athletes to fill spots on the following teams:

Tiny ages 3-6

Youth ages 6-11

Junior ages 9-14

You can be assured that we are running safe tryouts in only very small, physically distanced tryout groups. Covid precautions will be in place. You must reserve your tryout spot in the link below. Due to Covid restrictions, we are not able to take drop-ins.

Thank you for considering American Cheer Extreme for your child. We look forward to meeting you!
